10. "I was held captive for almost a week" - Sayed's story (Part 1)

In this episode, we share the first of two parts of Sayed's story. Originally from Afghanistan, Sayed was forced to flee his homeland as Taliban forces grew stronger and stronger in his region of the country. He tells the unbelievable story of how he tried twice to flee the country - a story filled with inconceivable violence as well as moments of great beauty and goodness. His journey from Afghanistan to Europe shaped who is is as a person today, and we were honoured to be able to receive him.
