why you should journal

EP13 - journalling is different for everyone and there is no right way to do it. in this episode, i give you a glimpse into mine and how i used it as a tool in my life. i share how my mindsets have changed over time regarding food and using it as fuel rather than a distraction, learning to overcome internal pressures and how striving to feel emotions is more important than seeking constant happiness. i hope this gives you an insight into my problems and how i have or am trying to overcome them and you can apply them to your life and maybe introduce journalling into your routine. as always, lots of love x Hosted on Acast.
