Riccardo Ammendolia on the past, present, and future of the sport
He's one of the most renowned commentators and promoters in Jiu Jitsu today, as well as being a Black Belt under the Mendes Brothers. On this weeks episode Riccardo shared some interesting stories of his early training in the late 90's, the methods and attitudes at the time, as well as much more.
