E19. What is the real freedom?

In Episode 19 Joe talks about a new distinction he has found when defining freedom. Joe shares his definition of freedom and compares it to what is the most common definition of it and the sustainability of that approach. "...the most typical definition of freedom is to be able to do whatever I want, whenever I want. So here's the thing, if, if typically, the most common definition of freedom is to be able to do whatever we want, whenever we want. The next question has to be well, for how long? How long? Can you do whatever you want, whenever you want?...." "... freedom... my definition of freedom is living a life loyal to your soul loyal to your values, loyal to the Emotional compass that exists organically naturally that we're born with within us..." "...We don't create values, we unveil them..."
