A quick 3 question test to give you a rough indication if you're more introverted yourself.1. How comfortable are you with small talk? 2. How quickly after arriving at a party do you feel like leaving?3. How much do you enjoy time alone? If you’re leaning more towards, I don’t really like small talk, I want to leave a party rather quickly, and I enjoy time alone, then you probably lean more towards the introverted side. The twofold aim of this podcast. First, I sincerely hope that those who are more introverted but don’t know much about it will gain a lot more insight into what introversion is and get to the point that they feel confident about their own introverted nature.Second, Regardless of your role in life, I hope that, through this podcast, you will gain a better understanding for your students, employees, teachers, colleagues, friends, and family members who are more introverted. Om Podcasten

Living life in a way that is comfortable for you is not always easy when you are more introverted, especially when (Western) society seems to favor extroverted behavior. Many introverts do not feel comfortable behaving and expressing themselves in a way that is natural to them for fear of being judged and criticized. Through sharing knowledge, insights, experiences, and tips, the Inthrivert podcast aims to be a beacon for introverts to look towards while navigating their life. To empower them to embrace their introverted nature, and to show them how it can be a source of strength instead of something that is holding them back.
