S01EP16: Guest of the week, Maria Tiger. An opinionated, globetrotting modern day Swede.
This week the boys sit down with a travel enthusiast and a dear friend Maria Tiger. Tiger, her surname encapsulates her to the core. A fiercely opinionated person, who is not afraid to travel the less travelled roads and put forward her perspectives. The boys kick the episode off with her travel stories. She narrates her amazing travel tales and explains how it has enriched her and helped her form her own opinions about many places which are portrayed in a negative light in the media. Listen to her as she recollects crazy stories from the 46 countries she has traveled to and what it has taught her about herself and the world. The boys then take the opportunity to ask her opinion on dating, how to approach women, chivalry and the secret to having a happy relation. The boys dwell further, into the Swedish female stereotypes on which she puts forward her opinions and paints a new narrative. It was refreshing to have such an unique, intelligent and outspoken person on the show who not only filled our void of a female perspective on the show but also be an example and an ambassador of the modern day Swede.
