Balancer: A Protocol for Programmable Liquidity
Fernando Martinelli, CEO and co-founder of Balancer, joins the podcast to talk about the recent launch of their product. Balancer allows users to pool ETH or ERC20s into balancer pools which are then used for exchanges on the product. Fernando explains the differences in Balancer versus Uniswap, most importantly that you can providing liquidity on up to 8 tokens and have unique allocation percentages on each. He then talks about the current liquidity mining for BAL token taking place and future plans for smart pools.
