No Demon Mode Please − The secret sauce of productivity enhancement and what missing IT pros have to do with Gogol

IT expert John Ford is someone living and breathing software development in Hungary, and as such he is the right person to elaborate how the country’s economic and FDI landscape has evolved in the past one and half decades. Because of his profession, John is also a master of productivity, so we asked him what needs to be done to improve that key indicator on the macro level. One thing is for sure in that regard, though: he doesn’t believe in Elon Musk’s ‘demon mode’-type leadership as he rather relies on the power of encouragement.
