6 The future of Java Enterprise Edition (swe)

Java is owned by Oracle. Oracle has assigned Eclipse Foundation to handle Java Enterprise Edition, but they are not allowed to use the name Java (owned by Oracle). So JEE has been renamed to Jakarta Enterprise Edition. But this in not just about a name change, it can cause a whole range of challenges.
