Kevin Ervin Kelley on Progressive Retail Design

Kevin is an expert on progressive retail format, acting as a leader in the practice areas of restaurants, retail, grocery, and leisure. From superstores to cities, Kevin combines business, science and design in an approach known as “perception design”. Kevin holds two architecture degrees from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. He joins Andy to discuss everything from his entrepreneurial journey with Shook Kelley, his approach to design, and the ways retail stores are creating emotional connections with consumers in a post-COVID world.
