Ep #36: Getting Back on Track

You’re only nervous about getting lost if you don’t have a plan.   In this episode, we will discuss why I hate the saying “falling off of the wagon” when it comes to maintaining your health, diet, and weight loss goals. Life has many twists and turns, and we are only human. By expanding our mindset from a fixed mindset to a growth mindset, we can always find out way back to our weight loss track no matter what we encounter in our journey. I will share ways to think about weight loss that will expand the way we think about our health goals in order to put you on the positive track towards your successful diet, weight loss, and healthy lifestyle!   If you like what you heard today, please go to Apple Podcasts and leave a review.
