Beaujolais: Moulin-à-Vent

8 Oct 2020: The most powerful of the Beaujolais crus and the most age-worthy is surely Moulin-à-Vent, a wine which can seem positively Burgundian as it ages. It has also caught the eye of various Côte d’Or producers in recent times, with many choosing to bottle different vineyards within the cru.
