Patreon and Paypal link Teresa Oaxaca’s paintings look like a Ringling Circus, a Flower Show, and a Vintage Clothing festival all mashed into one.  (I’m quoting her twitter profile.)  Classically trained and technically brilliant her work brings you powerfully into her world.
