Create A One-Year Plan

If you have a 10-year vision or even a 5-year plan in mind for your business, then you’re not going to get there if you don’t have a 1-year plan. This is something you can see yourself obtaining on a short-term scale that supports your 5- and 10-year plans. A 1-year plan is something you have a lot more control over. We have 3 goals for the company on a 1-year scale and, of course, many of our team members have personal goals as well. If you’re not sure about creating a 1-year plan, go to your team.
