At both Array Digital and Rival Digital, we have KPIs which stands for Key Performance Indicators. These are numbers we track over time because we want to see improvement over time. About a year ago, at Array Digital, we had an issue with clients paying us on time. So we started to track late accounts receivable. When we first started tracking this, we were shocked that 20% of our revenue was late. That is not how business should work.
