Reconciling Our Marketing Strategy Against Our Execution

When’s the last time you updated your marketing strategy? We make a lot of changes as ideas come up, but it is a good idea to regularly update your marketing strategy to make sure it aligns with your current execution. Our original strategy was to market towards l local business only. Since we are meeting with our prospects face to face during Covid, we are able to pitch the same way with potential customers that are not local. Along the way we also noticed were doing things that no longer fit in our marketing strategy. Once you realize there is a discrepancy, you have to reconcile it.
