Take Advantage Of Downtime During The Holidays

Recently, Erik sat down with the Rival Digital team and talked about how things would likely get slow as we head into the last 2 weeks of the year. What we’ve found over time is that the whole week between Christmas and New Years’, the business world just shuts down. But that actually starts in the week before Christmas too. Last year, before COVID, we let our staff work from home because we know work would be relatively slow.
