Why We Think We Need to Hire 2 More Salespeople

Erik and Kevin have concluded that we need 2 more salespeople at Array Digital to achieve our revenue goals for 2021. We ended 2020 with about $2.35 million in annual recurring revenue. We want to get up to $3.5 million by the end of 2021. We did an analysis and concluded that every single month, our overall monthly revenue increases by about $2,750. If we did nothing different and continued in this way, we would end the year at about $2.7 million. We fall short of our annual goal and hoping for the best is not a great solution. Erik and Kevin have decided to hire 2 new salespeople for a variety of reasons.
