Bonnaroo 2023: CVC
Day Two of The Bonnaroo Music and Arts Festival from an electric Manchester, Tennessee. Today's guest, is a six-piece band called CVC, also known as Church Village Collective. Reviving the sounds of 60s psych rock in their new album Get Real, and with years of hard work behind them (that is finally paying off) the band is now starting to conquer America after becoming household names in Europe. The band consists of vocalist Francesco Orsi, bassist Ben Thorne, drummer Tom Fry, keyboardist Daniel Jones and guitarists David Bassey and Elliot Bradfield, and as you can hear from the interview backstage, they remain humble and never straying too far from their roots.
