85. my husband gets vulnerable

ok — you guys have been asking for lucas + I to hop back on the mic together for SO long. I want to say the last episode we put out for accidental parents (a podcast we started in 2022) was literally 9 months ago. and since then, life has felt so chaotic. we spent the last two months of 2022 in FL visiting family (and escaping the cold) and to be honest, this winter was really rough for us when we got back. not necessarily in our relationship — but more so in our life. keeping up with career and social life and the kids and having fun and the house — it's just been a lot. in this episode, lucas and I chat about how we sense that there is going to be a lot change on the horizon for us. change that feels scary, but also really liberating. and lucas also opens up a lot more than ever about where he's been mentally and it's just a really raw conversation. we love you + hope you find it relatable <3 follow me on IG: https://www.instagram.com/justmands/ learn more about coaching spots for june + july: https://www.amanda-fowler.com/ follow lucas on IG: https://www.instagram.com/lucasfowler/https://www.instagram.com/lucasfowler/
