Federal Appeals Court Upholds E. Jean Carroll's $5 Million Judgment Against Donald Trump
As recently reported by NBC News: "Appeals court upholds $5 million E. Jean Carroll verdict against Trump." This is the first of the two cases to make it through the apples court. E. Jean Carroll won both cases against Trump but he appealed them both. The second case, in which a jury awarded Ms. Carroll $83 million is still pending appeal.
