Today on the Brain Booster we welcome back a good friend and colleague Dr Mike Grevlos Dr. Grevlos has worked as a motivation and performance coach in golf and other sports for 20+ years. The majority of his golf clients, including junior, high school, college, and professional players, have won competitive events shortly after working with him. Dr. Grevlos has also provided mental coaching to collegiate golf teams. He has taught 25 different college-level psychology courses during the last 20 years and is known as a thought leader in the fields of motivation, performance, and sport. His current teaching focus is on the psychology of motivation, the psychology of sport, and neuroscience. Mike’s award winning doctoral dissertation was entitled, A Comparison of the Practice and Skill Training Conditions of Expert and Intermediate Female Golfers. In 2019, he published The Motivation Game: A Course on the Psychology of Golf Improvement. His book was the Amazon #1 New Release in the categories of Golf and Sport Psychology. It has been on the Amazon Best-Seller list in 2019, 2020, and 2021.
