Kimberley Walsh

In this episode Kerry chats to singer, presenter and West End star, Kimberley Walsh.


Kimberley found fame in the television program Popstars: The Rivals earning her spot UK pop group Girls Aloud. In 2012 she became runner up in the BBC's Strictly Come Dancing as well as presenting on tv shows such as The 5 O'Clock Show, Kimberley Walsh: Blue Jean Girl and Weekend Brunch. Outside of music and television she has made a name for herself within the theatre world with roles in hit shows such as Shrek, Big, Elf and her upcoming performance in Sleepless in Seattle.


Kimberley opens up about her career in the pop world and how this allowed her to grow as a performer. She discusses the highs and lows of this and wanting to forge a career for herself outside of the band. She talks all about motherhood and how that has changed the way the she chooses roles going forward. Kimberley talks about the pressures of theatre and how her positive attitude and work ethic gets her through when times have been tough.
