12. The Benefit of Diet and Exercise   Is there a secret to cooking well?  And what do the healthiest people on the planet eat? Movement, as you will learn, fosters the movement of blood and therefore carry nutrients throughout the body.  PLUS, REBOUNDING is all the rage when you want movement to be easy and fun.
