Managing (and Avoiding) Burnout as a Parent

Seasons of burnout can be normal, especially if you aren’t intentional about how you manage the stress! This episode is all about how we are finding time to be engaged vs disengaged with our children, and some of the tools we use to avoid hitting a wall.
