The new report aims to change the perception of politicians and policy makers who believe that an effective way to reduce carbon emissions is to reduce animal protein consumption. Judith and Jose discuss the highlights of the report, including stark facts on malnutrition in the population and prioritising where dairy sits in health-based diets. They also outline how the dairy sector is already addressing climate change and progressing with carbon reduction.
