Big New Research Project – Noëlle Streeton on POLYCHROME!

In this episode, we talk to Noëlle Streeton from the University of Oslo, Norway, about POLYCHROME—a large-scale research initiative exploring medieval painted surfaces. Noëlle recently received major funding from the European Research Council for this exciting project, which will involve objects from Norway, Sweden, and Denmark. We dive into what it’s all about. We discuss the project’s goals, why it matters, and what it could mean for the field of conservation.
