Ian Russell is a three-time British Carp Angling Championship finalist and former winner of Total Carp’s Battlecarp and Fishing TV's Carp Wars. As one of carp fishing's best-loved personalities, he became prominent in the UK carp fishing scene as the proprietor of bait rolling company, Heathrow Baits Services.
