Discovering your Identity - interview with Urmi Hossain

In this episode I have the pleasure of interviewing Urmi Hossain. Urmi is a Bengali-Italian woman living in Canada who describes herself as an “third-culture kid” due to the struggles of her her multicultural upbringing. She is a woman who wears many hats: she works full-time in finance but is also a polyglot, a self-published author, blogger, YouTuber, mentor, and advocate of women's empowerment. She is currently involved as the social media lead at Women in Leadership and has written a book about being a third-culture kid and what it felt like growing up between two cultures. In this episode we discuss the way her different languages have played into the different facets of her life, as well as her advice for language learning and maintaining a healthy brain.  The majority of the episode is in English with a short section in a few other languages at the end.
