Alex Cassidy is a marketer from South West London who in 2021 founded RewardDays, an app that helps people change their relationships with bad habits by providing rewards for successful streaks off them.Having quit alcohol three years ago, Alex realized his relationship with alcohol wasn't serving him well, and after England lost the Rugby World Cup in 2019, Alex decided he was done with drinking.
