She has been diving into yoga for almost 20 years and have been teaching for the past 10 years. Michelle is the creator of an online yoga platform (bananablondie.com) which offers accessible and affordable yoga classes for all levels and abilities. Her passion is to spread yoga and make it more accessible. Her classes and flows are inspired by Shakti and the feminine energy. She is also passionate about food and health and has been completely plant-based for many years. We talk about the impact we have on the environment and why it’s important that we live consciously.
