164. Guided Meditation for Deep Rest and Healing

As we have entered the season of going within and healing, and are experiencing the deep transformations as a collective, I wanted to offer something that has really helped me with getting through these times through deep rest and healing meditation.  Guided meditations are very easy ways of starting your meditation practice, even if you have never tried it. Even for more experienced meditators, guided meditations and relaxation provide your body and mind to go into deep states of conscious rest, to help you connect to your deepest essence and core. This guided meditation is available on all podcast apps, Spotify and YouTube.
