22. Guided Meditation: Grounding

In this week’s episode I will guide you through a meditation that is grounding and helping you to shift your awareness into your body, energy and sensations. This guided meditation can be listened to in the morning when you have just woken up, during the day to relax and take a break or in the evening before going to bed. Meditation is an ancient science and it is a great way to reach a higher state of awareness and consciousness. So take the time to relax and try this meditation, even if it’s your very first time meditating.
