26. Guided meditation for releasing fear

This week I am sharing a guided meditation for releasing fear, to create more space for love. Fear is a control mechanism and is something that takes us away from the present moment, blocking us from living completely and fully. When we release fear we accept the now and we surrender to our divine path. If we hold on to fear, we create dis-ease in our body and it prevents us from living our purpose. We also have to face our fear to see what they are here to teach us.
