32. Meditation - feeling safe and healing

This week's episode is a guided meditation to help you feel safe, release fear and to heal. You can do the meditation sitting up with your back straight or laying down. This guided meditation will help you to reprogram your mind and release emotions, physical and mental blockages that are holding you back from blossoming out your highest potential.
