35. Breathing Meditation - Pranayama

This week I am sharing a calming breathing meditation to release tension and stress and increase your life force energy. Pranayama is the practice of breathing techniques which helps you expand your Prana (Qi). Through breathing we promote healing, a peaceful mind and a deeper connection to your breath and energy body. Practice this in a quiet space with no interruptions, and just listen and follow my voice. You can practice it in the morning when you wake up, during the day when you take a break or right before going to sleep. This will help you relax and stay calm and peaceful.
