44. Deep Rest Guided Meditation

In this week’s episode I share a guided meditation for deep rest. This is a meditation for you who need to relax, regain energy and gain deep and conscious rest. This is also great if you have trouble falling asleep or suffer from any type of insomnia. You can do this meditation in the morning, throughout the day when you need a break and rest, and in the evening before falling asleep. Listen with headphones and make sure that you will not be disturbed. You can do this on a daily or weekly basis to train yourself to relax and rest. Enjoy your deep rest.
