59. Full Moon Meditation

This week I am sharing another meditation which is for the Full Moon. The meditation is created so that you can listen to it before, at and after the Full Moon to align with the culmination of the cycle as well as the emotions and feelings that arise with the Full Moon. Full Moons are times of fruition, abundance and gratitude in the cycle of death and rebirth. They illuminate that which is hidden and that which we want to shed. You can listen to the meditation whenever you feel called to. You can also put it on before you fall asleep and during the night if you are having a hard time falling asleep at the lunation.
