9th Circuit Violates US Constitution & OWN RULES on 2A AGAIN!
Earlier this week I read the 71-page decision of Judge Roger Benitez, a Federal trial court judge, in holding (FOR THE SECOND TIME) that California's standard-capacity magazine violates the Second Amendment. Obviously, the gun controllers are losing their minds over this decision, and so it was well-anticipated that the California Attorney General, Bonta, would appeal the ruling to the 9th Circuit.
