184: Navigating the Reservoir of Retained EU Law after Brexit

This week the UK Government announced an important change to its Retained EU Law Bill, which has been going through Parliament. Now 600 EU-era laws are set be repealed by the end of 2023 - fewer than the whole "reservoir” of 1000+ initially targeted. Rosalind English discusses the challenges posed by the Bill with Sam Willis of the Public Law Project. Plus: we want your feedback! Please take a couple of minutes to fill in this very short anonymous survey. Thank you in advance. www.surveymonkey.co.uk/r/LawPodUK Law Pod UK is published by 1 Crown Office Row.
