The Defense of Marriage Act
On February 23rd, 2011, Attorney General Eric Holder announced the Obama administration would no longer defend the constitutionality of the Defense of Marriage Act (DOMA) in cases pending in federal court. Attorneys and co-hosts Bob Ambrogi and J.
