On this week’s episode, I sit down with Dr. Raj Raghunathan, an award-winning Professor of Marketing at the McCombs School of Business at The University of Texas at Austin who studies the impact that people’s judgments and decisions have on their own happiness and fulfillment. We talk about what he has learned throughout his studies on happiness in life and in the workplace from both a leader and employee perspective. We even dive into how to lean into happiness during this unprecedented time. Dr. Raj has published a book, “If you’re so smart, why aren’t you happy?” that was released 2016. Based on his research, he also teaches a very successful online course on Coursera on Happiness, named A Life of Happiness And Fulfillment.
