In this week’s episode, I sit down with Niki Harris to talk about her research about antiracism in the workplace and leadership identity development. Niki Harris is a Senior Executive Assistant at Southwest Airlines. Her passion is utilizing her CliftonStrengths themes of Deliberative, Intellection, Analytical, Relator, and  Connectedness to walk alongside others through the daily rigors of professional,  personal, and academic life.  Niki completed two Bachelor of Arts, English and Communication, and a Master of  Public Affairs at the University of Missouri.
