Minter Dialogue with Judy Piatkus Judy Piatkus is a Business Leader, Coach and Author, bringing conscious leadership development to the forefront of entrepreneurship and business. Having founded and successfully sold her eponymous publishing company, in 2011, Judy founded the global non-profit organisation ConsciousCafé which connects people around the world with regular local groups and events that focus on conscious conversations, raising self-awareness and exploring new ideas and current issues. She's also author of "Ahead of Her Time, How a one woman startup became a global publishing brand," which won the Business Journey Award in the 2022 UK Business Book Awards. In this conversation, we discuss her remarkable career, some of the key lessons learned as a pioneering entrepreneur, building a winning team, and the way her purpose came to her, evolved and crystallised, through to encouraging conscious conversations.
