Minter Dialogue with Scott Sandland Scott Sandland is the CEO and cofounder of Cyrano.ai, a natural language understanding system that improves human:computer communication and trains people and machines in improved soft-skills related to active listening techniques he honed in his private clinical practice. Given Scott's ambition to improve AI's ability to hold more meaningful conversations, I had to investigate. In this conversation, we discuss the story and evolution of Cyrano, the challenges of making meaningful conversation with AI and his ambition to build a digital therapist that can be given freely to every at risk teen in America.
