Minter Dialogue Episode #418 Lee Mears is a hooker of repute. He played sixteen years as a professional rugby player, appearing in 263 matches for the Bath Rugby Club, earning 42 international caps representing England and playing for the prestigious British and Irish Lions. Today, Lee is an executive coach at The Preston Associates and co-founder of T-Cup, a technology that helps companies to measure and address well-being issues.
