I hold myself and my team accountable for my actions and admit when I am wrong. Low: I am dishonest and loyal only to myself, I manipulate others to get my way and hold others responsible for my actions. Key Questions How often do you set and keep appointments? Are you reliable with your calendar as often as possible? Are you skilled at saying no, more than you say yes? You measure your commitments carefully and you know saying “yes” too often can overburden a team and lead to personal fatigue or burn out.
