宫保鸡丁

丽莎:小云,周末有个英国朋友要来我家做客,我想让她尝一尝我做的中国菜。你说,我做什么菜好呢? 小云:我听说很多外国人都很喜欢吃中国的宫保鸡丁,要不你就做这个菜吧。 丽莎:好啊。说起宫保鸡丁,我一直不明白,为什么叫宫保呢? 小云:宫保这个词是有来历的。传说宫保鸡丁这道菜是一个叫作丁宝桢的人发明的。丁宝桢是清朝的一位官员,他非常喜欢吃鸡肉和花生,对烹饪也很有研究。他在四川做官的时候,创制了一道将鸡肉丁、红辣椒和花生爆炒而成的美味佳肴。后来这道好吃的菜就被越传越广,尽人皆知了。宫保呢,其实是丁宝桢的官衔。丁宝桢在四川做官期间,取得了非常大的成就。为了表彰他的功绩,清朝政府封他为“宫保”,因此他创制的这道菜就被人们称为“宫保鸡丁”。 丽莎:原来这道宫保鸡丁还有这样的历史。那我可要好好学学怎么做这道菜,学会了以后不但可以做给朋友吃,还可以给她讲这个故事。
