Episode 16: My Arabic Learning Journey ;الحلقة السادسة عشر: رحلتي لتعلم اللغة العربية

Marhabtayn! I hope you're all well and safe :) In this episode, Lina and I talk about my Arabic Learning Journey. It wasn't easy in the beginning but with determination, patience and by practising regularly, I have now reached a place where I am comfortable speaking with native speakers. إن شاء الله we will all be fluent soon! The most important thing is to keep practising speaking even if you make mistakes. As always, thank you for your support and for listening.  If you have any questions, please reach out to me on Instagram. I love receiving your messages and I'm always happy to help :)If you have any questions, you can message on Instagram: @marhabtayn_ ليش كان بدك تتعلمي اللغة العربية ؟Why did you want to learn Arabic? امتى بلشتي تتعلمي اللغة العربية  ؟When did you start learning Arabic? ليش بلشتي البودكاست تبعك ؟Why did you start your podcast?عندك نصيحة للطلاب اللي بيتعلموا اللغة العربية ؟Do you have any advice for students who are learning Arabic? مفردات جديدة - New Vocabulary  مصعد - elevator المواصلا ت - public transport مصادر - resourcesاستسلمت - I gave up لمدة سنتين - for a period of two years محادثة صغيرة - small conversation دائما كان عندي حلم - I always had a dream جامعة /  (pl) جامعات - university / universities معظم - most ofحافز - motivation لازم تدرس كل يوم - you must study everydayشكوة - complaint وقتي my time جهدي my effort شغفي my passionاكيد رح تنجح you will succeed for sure   Resources 101 Most Used Verbs in Spoken Arabic: Jordan and Palestine    https://www.amazon.com/Most-Used-Verbs-Spoken-Arabic/dp/1734460407Our Family Life (Jordanian cartoon series on Youtube)https://www.youtube.com/c/OurFamilyLifeJOIbn Hattuta: Jordanian backpacker and content creator https://youtube.com/c/IBNHATTUTA

Om Podcasten

Hello everyone (or two hellos!) and welcome to the Arabic podcast 'Learn Levantine Arabic: Marhabtayn'. My name is Saira and I've been learning Levantine Arabic since 2019. I'm so grateful to have a platform to share my love for the language. In the following episodes, I have conversations in Arabic and openly make mistakes. I hope this encourages you to speak Arabic confidently and without fear. Remember, slow progress is still progress! If you have any questions, please send me a message. I would love to hear from you!Instagram: @marhabtayn_
