Kim is a passionate eLearning and online learning creator with a background in organizational development, learning, training, and graphic design. She likes to inspire learning through creative training solutions that solve real business problems. Beyond her work as director of Belvista Studios she has also co-founded the Instructional Design Academy - a home for Instructional Designers with the goal of providing instructional design workshops and coaching. I’m excited to have Kim on the show to talk about some of the projects the team at Belvista has done and to better understand how the team works to meet the company vision of inspiring learning.
